You should buy JGrabow's HID kit for the headlights, you can get 9007 bulbs on ebay for like 15 bucks

Dude, $50 and you've got HID lows and fogs.

Actually, I wouldn't sell them to you, I respect you.

As far as bulbs go, those fake Xenon bulbs will last about a year, and then go out. It's not good. I was pointed in the direction of GE Nighthawks, and I'm really happy with them, they're really nice in the Neon. Pretty inexpensive as well.
